Advertising restricted to SCMSA Paid Members and their spouses.  Deadline: August 12 for the Year Book and the 10th of each month for the Newsletter.  No other advertising is accepted.  Camera ready artwork needs to be submitted with payment.  Limited amount of advertising can be accepted so it is a first come, first serve basis.

Smith County Medical Society Alliance dues notices will be mailed October 15.  Billing is done by the Texas Medical Association Alliance and dues are due by December 31 but dues are accepted at any time during the year.  If you don't receive your statement or misplace it,  please Download form here to print out the form.  Enclose the form and your dues and mail to:

Holiday Sharing Card - Please use the following form and information letter for donations to the 2010 Holiday Sharing Card.  Remember to send the form along with your donation checks to Jeannette Lamb.  Don't forget the deadline is December 2 and to make the checks out to the organization you are donating to, not SCMSA.
